PCSPL through its website known as (therein referred to as the Props{AMC}) is India’s 1st SaaS based Real Estate Insights & Portfolio Management Platform.

Props{AMC} helps individuals, corporates & enterprises to organize their real estate holding/s or investments on one single, integrated, intuitive and transparent interface. it also brings high level transparency in real estate, benefitting all stakeholders, by smartly integrating not so easily accessible data & records like circle rates, registered transactions, mortgages, land use, reservations, development potential in a legible and insightful manner on a GIS enabled platform.

Props{AMC} also delivers services through empanelled and in-house knowledge partners who bring in domain expertise in every aspect of real estate through a diligent model of modernized reporting and asset management.

Props{AMC} is powered by proprietary tools, data and services enabling financial inclusion, transparency & marketability to the real estate investments. Props{AMC} strive hard to bring forth every minute data and information affecting client/subscriber asset. This helps us to generate the assessment report covering all the major as well as minor areas of importance in the legal, technical and valuation, thus highlighting critical matters related to the underlying real estate asset. Props{AMC} is a subscription and a software based real estate solution to enable better decision through insights and analytical tools. It acts between the asset key denominator and its influence area to give customized outputs, which can be beneficial to every asset owner or manager.

By accessing Props{AMC} or any of its webpages, you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Props{AMC}, following are the terms of Services and Transaction Disclosure:

Services Support:

  1. (a) PCSPL can provide the Services to its subscriber as per their requirements and that it has the requisite expertise and experience to render such Services through in house domain and empanelled domain experts like legal, technical, valuation and transaction services for real estate only. These services cannot be seen as advice and is strictly considered to be personalize services given based on the subscribers representation.
  2. (b) PCSPL shall be solely responsible for determining the method, details and means of performing the Services without any financial obligation to any subscriber.
  3. (c) The Services are given to the subscriber on best efforts basis and any refund due to any negligence or untimely delivery of services will be at management discretion.
  4. (d) The services are given at an advance fee (Pricing List-Service Request Tool or ad-hoc) basis depending on the services demanded by the subscriber through multiple mode of payments, the services are delivered based on receipt of payments from the subscriber.
  5. (e) Any services delivered through a third party will be coordinated by PCSPL through a dedicated service manager to the satisfaction of the subscriber, any complaint or queries should be written to or [email protected].
Transaction Support:

  1. (a) Props{AMC} will do its own due diligence through its internal and empanelled domain expert to check legal, technical and statutory obligation of the sell/lease property before it markets the property. Props{AMC} has full authority to reject any request to market from seller without giving reasons whatsoever. Props{AMC} and its affiliates on request can share the due diligence report with seller for which a fee would be charged.
  2. (b) Seller needs to share the documents, permissions, utility bills and other information (termed as Documents) to the Portal for due diligence purposes. Props{AMC} will have rights to engage with the prospective buyer/broker for giving them access to the Documents pertaining to the said Property vault on the portal or physical inspection.
  3. (c) In consideration of the transaction support provided by Props{AMC}, Seller need to pay a success-based brokerage fees of 0.5% to 1% of the deal value, payable within 15 working days of the total receipt of the consideration paid for the said Property. The fees will be payable to PCSPL exclusive of all taxes, levies, duties, GST and cess.
